Tee Box - FAQ

1. How do I access the facility?

To access the facility, members must make a reservation. You can book hitting bays or schedule gym sessions directly through the Tee Box app. Once you book, your reservation will have an “Unlock Door” button. 

2. How do I book a hitting bay?

To reserve a hitting bay, simply log in to your Tee Box App, select your location, and click on “Book a Hitting Bay” From here you can select 1 or 2 hours of play, and which bay you want to book. 

3. Can I use the gym without booking a hitting bay?

Yes! Members have full access to our gym facilities and can book gym time separately if they just want to work out. Just click on the Gym Session banner and select which day you want to use the gym. 

4. What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule a booking?

You can cancel or reschedule your booking through your Tee Box App. If you have any issues, feel free to contact the Box Pro for assistance. 

5. How can I upgrade or cancel my membership?

To upgrade or cancel your membership, get in touch with our team through the chat feature in the app, emailing uintah@tbx.golf, or talking to your locations Box Pro.

For annual members, cancellation requires payment of the remaining balance for the year. Monthly members can cancel with a 30-day notice. 30 for 30 trials require cancellation one day before the trial ends. Contact us for any membership changes, and we’ll guide you through the process.

6. How do I turn on the computer and get the Trackman simulator to work? 

Our computers should be on if you are coming in to use the simulator. If it requires a pin, it is 1-3-4-6-7-9. The Trackman should be on as well, if the software is not up on the screen, select the TPS icon on the desktop. Check out our resources page to learn more about Trackman features. 7. Who should I contact for questions or onboarding?

Your location Box Pro will be your main point of contact for any onboarding or facility-related questions. You can reach them via email at camron.saunders@tbx.golf or phone at 8014367761. The Box Pro will also reach out to you shortly after your signup to assist with getting started.

8. Do you offer lessons or training?

Yes, we offer personalized golf lessons and fitness training tailored to your goals. You can get  more information or to request a session directly through the Tee Box App, or you can contact your Box Pro.

9. What kind of equipment is available in the gym?

Our gym is fully equipped with everything you need for a comprehensive workout, including free weights, resistance machines, cardio equipment, and more. It’s a private, member-exclusive space designed for serious training.

10. Can I bring a guest?

Yes, members can bring in guests with a limit of 4 to a hitting bay.
